Rev Bernadine Green grew up as part of a large family of 8 in Elyria Ohio, where she accepted Christ at a young age.  Upon graduation from high school she joined the US Army, which led her to El Paso, Texas in 1983.

Upon conclusion of military service she worked as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from Howard Payne University. She then attended The University of Texas El Paso (UTEP) graduating with a Master of Science in Social Work degree.

She currently serves as the Youth Pastor and Christian Education Director at Northeast Bible Restoration Church.
